Frugal Management

I ordered a pair of slacks along with a shirt and paid one shipping charge. The braindead idiot shipped gthe shirt. and instead of including the slacks they expected to drive 4 hours to pick up the slacks I ordered. They were not smart enough to include both items ordered in one package. When I failed to receive the slacks I called you useless help line. They had to ask the higher authority to see if they could pay to ship he slacks to me. As my request was refused and now theyh have to pay to have me return the shirt.
