Stink Stink Stink

These smell so bad I finally gave up and donated them. One of the most intense volatile rubber smells I've experienced. It made me feel sick. Around the time I got these I started having mysterious chronic respiratory and sinus issues, it makes me wonder.. I tried all the tricks to get the smell out for over a year and it didn't relent at all. Airing them outside, vinegar, baking soda, corn starch, dish soap, laundry detergent, simple green, soaking them overnight. The room they were in still smells strongly, and they have been gone for a week.

High Quality And Very Comfortable Grips!

I wanted a set of high quality dumbbells for my home gym and I am not very price conscious as I plan to use these dumbbells for decades. I have never used hex dumbbells before but the Weider hex dumbbells are fantastic. They have high quality construction and grips, they have a nice and stable width for when you bring them together during exercises like dumbbell bench press, they look good even in nicer gyms, they don’t roll on the floor because of the hex shape, the rubber holds up, and the dumbbells don’t mark up my wood floor so long as I don’t drop them aggressively on the floor. What’s not to like?? Highly recommend for anyone irrespective of price point.
