My wife and I have been a long time supported and wearer of WHOOP. As a pioneer in the wearable space, WHOOP has set the standard for a lot of their products and innovations. The battery pack is woefully suboptimal, particularly given just how significant a difference it is to the functionality that we've come to expect with the wearable. We recently ordered a new batter pack to replace the other 2x that we have that don't work or don't carry a charge, and within less than 2 months, this new one doesn't light up and inconsistently signals a charge. The fact that there is an entire page dedicated to troubleshooting the battery should highlight an issue, and the cost is significant for a product that is suboptimal.Additionally, the USB design seems, well, poorly designed for modern day USB usage. The USB cord is short, and is less a cord, but more a packable cable. When plugged into outlet USB's, the position of the charge is vertical, putting pressure on the battery pack which seemingly impacts charging. Additionally, less and less USB charge ports are available. A longer USB-C corded charging cable may be worth considering.WHOOP is great, but the charger is not.
