If you are a mid handicap golfer like me, you are probably looking for ways to improve your swing consistency. The Pressure Plate is a great way to work on the proper weight transfer sequence. I have used it four times now and eager to see how it transfers from the range to the course. You cannot overswing or your sequence will be completely out of whack and you receive immediate feedback. With it being elevated you must stay down through the shot to hit a ball. That part is a little awkward, but I am hopeful that it will pay off in lower scores in 2024!
