Ok, Not Great
I bought a couple of my gloves for my daughter. She chose a Rawlings glove instead of this one. She found the palm area to be big and uncomfortable. This may be better suited for a baseball player. She ended up choosing a glove that was specifically for fastpitch (outfield).
