Legit Regulation Size Ball

I wasn’t sure what size this was but it appears to be either a 28.5 or 29.5 inch ball so it’s definitely not mini. Great for hoops or a souvenir. And decent price - why are balls so expensive? I’d rather have one in one of my fav team colors than pay twice as much for a generic ball
