Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only the 290g and 315g options are available; it would be better to offer more, such as 300g. Also, I just bought it for a month, but the price dropped by $ 50. How did the depreciation happen so fast!

Great Racquet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this racket. Still gave me everything the regular v14 gives but the lighter weight helped me last through longer sessions. Great for single handed backhand.

Excellent Racket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a 15 year layoff I decided to start playing tennis again. Former 4.0 and A player in GA. I am now 60 years old and after demoing 10-12 rackets I realized I needed something lighter than I used to be able to swing. I got this version and I could not be happier I found it. The weight and balance are perfect for my game. While I was concerned about the spec stiffness, I have had no issues. It seems the new technology absorbs some of the harshness or the racket bends in the right spots. Whatever it is, it works. The string mapping is great, gives me the control and crispness I like when hitting forehands and backhands from the baseline. Plenty of power too when I crank it up. Racket is very nimble at the net and volleys are fantastic. Sure, the sweet spot is small and off center hits are weak but you get immediate feedback and know what to adjust if you’re experienced. Serves are great. Racket head speed is generated easily due to the weight and balance. I get plenty of power on first serves and good kick on seconds. I can also hit all the spots which was impossible for me to do with heavier rackets. Overall the Prostaff 97L is a great racket.

Perfect Balance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Balance is perfect, meaning I can hit the ball harder with out loosing control

Great Racquet For Maneuverability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so glad there’s a great racquet at a lesser weight.
