Best Racquet Ever!!!!

Demoed this in store and within a couple of forehands, I told them I wanted 4. I’m a 5.0 player. Usually at a disadvantage playing guys with heavier rackets because I use the clash 100 weighted to 305. At 315 grams, I can absorb their force and counter back. Excellent power in backhand and forehand as well as volleys. It’s an all court racket. Doesn’t spray on you. I can go through an entire set with 1 or 2 unforced error. Strung with luxilon element 125 @ 50lbs. My racket for life!!!

Over All Great Weight Distribution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great control and power - love how its weight enables quick reflexes / wrist adjustment

Excellent Racket!

I’m an intermediate club player in the UK. I normally play with 100sq rackets at about 300g but fancied something a bit heavier. This is perfect. It’s my first pro staff and straight out of the bag it felt great. Easy to swing, nice solid connection, lovely feel. Couldn’t be happier with it.

Great Racquet

I’ve had this racquet for about a month now. It’s a battle axe when serving, super stable with volleys, powerful from the baseline, and offers plenty of control. My previous racquet was a Blade 98. I’m a 4.0 & play 2-4 times a week.

Great Feel. Terrible Paint.

Love the feel but the paint job is awful. It’s my newest racket but is so beat up from regular use. I play no differently with it yet it is so easy to chip.

Good Balance

Good balance, good control, good weight nice color

🤎 Wilson X Pro Staff V14 🤎

I’ve been playing with Pro Staff X V14 for over a month already. The color hues are unique, they switch from maroon-to-gold. Larger head size provides more spin energy for more flexibility. The racket is very similar to the Blade style. The racket is very universal, you can practice with the racquet for a lot of hours as a coach or you can compete with it as a pro tennis player aswell. I don’t really feel the weight of the racquet while serving and it feels great when I hit the sweet spot, the racquet has a lot of control and speed. I like playing volleys and slices with the new frame, it provides great stability and the ability to hit the ball exactly where I want. Returns are very precise. I recommend choosing the racquet for tennis players with offensive game 🤎

Beautiful Features!

I have been using both the pro staff 97 and X for over a month now and here are my thoughts. I thought the X was reminiscent of the 97 but I do give the 97 a bit of an edge when it comes to control. I didn’t have to adjust my swing that much with the 97, but that’s cause I’m used to the RF 97. Both rackets have the classic feel but with modern advancements. At 11.1 ounces, the weight feels perfect, especially if you’ve been holding the RF97, we all know that thing is heavy 😁. As a coach and longtime pro staff enthusiast, my opinion is that the pro staff X is more suitable for intermediate and advanced players looking to add power and control. The 97 is more suitable for advanced players looking to add stability to their game.

Pro Staff 100 Welcome

As a longtime Pro Staff player and now in my late 60's, I bought this assuming the extra size might help reduce my mishits AND help mefrom having to do all the work on shots. Based on two matches thus far, a solid move. It does still play & feel like my 97 V13, but easier on serves and driving forehands and backhands. Some adjustments required on softer shots admittedly but that'll come with time.
