This ball is exceptionally long. It is a 4-piece ball that is comparable to the Pro V1x. A firm feeling but yet has considerable spin around the green. I suggest people give this ball a test because it is a great premium golf ball.

Excellent golf ball, found one and played it and like the way it felt off the club face. Excellent around the greens, putting and chipping!

Long And Accurate
I grew up in thein the late 60's and played my father's Staff model blades. Loved them. I recently saw a YouTube video where most all the balls were tour balls were tested on Iron Byron. The accuracy of the two best balls were around 17 square yards of dispersion on wedge, 7i, and driver. The third place ball was around 30+ yards. The two best balls tested were Wilson Triad 1, and Staff 2. They were also the longest balls in the test. I have played these balls for the last 10 or so rounds and they are amazingly accurate and long. I've picked up five to ten yards on my irons and maybe 10 yards on my driver, so it seems. The best thing about the STAFF Model ball is it inspires confidence in my abilities. I have yet to try the triad but may do so soon. Being educated as an engineer, the uniform material density makes between the core and outer layers is the only way to make a perfect center of gravity. Paint uniformity also make perfect sense as well. How could I ever play another ball after this experience. Although I wish Wilson al the success in the world, I don't want too many of my competitors to discover them because they give me an advantage physically and mentally.

Solid Ball, Great Price Point!
Bought 3 dozen for a solid try-out attempt. Very satisfied with distance off the tee, and they didn’t spin an excessive amount (e.g. balloon). Good spin on approach shots, but much more noticeable on wedge shots! Feel good off the putter, but certainly in the “firm feel” category. Enjoyed the balls, very pleased!
