Good Bag With Design Flaw

I bought this on line about a month ago because I need a big, wheeled bag with pockets for travel. It seems well built with heavy duty zippers. However, when full, holding the bag by it’s only handle, walking is awkward and challenging. The positioning of the handle is such that significant extra effort is required to hold the bag up and away from your body to prevent your feet from kicking the bag. It also makes the bag difficult to maneuver through doors and in confined space. I remedied it by adding two grommets (no easy task) and making a second handle.
