I bought this sharpener to put a edge on a everyday knife I carry before work and must say it has become much more then that. The diamond plates cut through a damaged edge so quick you want to take your most damaged knife and make it a razor. The ceramic rod and leather strap make for a edge that will shave. You can change a edge profile so easy with this small compact setup like no other sharpener I've ever used. Worth every penny if you ask me.

Great Little Sharpener!
I love the Work Sharp Guided Field Knife Sharpener. It's good for what I need it for. It's easy to carry around in your backup, lightweight and quick to get your EDC knives and hooks in working order. The provided guide is a definite plus until you get used to sharpening your knives freehand. Good to throw into your Bug-out Bag too. Very handy tool that everyone should have! You can use it to sharpen, hone and strop...what more can you ask for?

Has A Lot Of Exrtras
Great product, had many more features than I had expected and was surprised at the ease it was to use. I'll probably use this for future gifts for some of my family and friends, because of the reasonable price that I paid for it.

Great For Sharpening Those Old Knives
Took one of my dull crkt knives and had it shaving my arm hair in less than 5 minutes. Great product! Very well made. Hope to get years of use out bof it.

The Perfect Field Sharpener!
The first knife I sharpened was the only one I had a problem getting sharp before I had the worksharp and that's my USMC KaBar. It's razor sharp now. The knife I use at work every day was chipped and dull. The worksharp brought it right back no problem. The worksharp field sharpener should in everyone's pack or tackle box! Awesome!

Restore A Edge In The Sticks
If you’re pounding on some kindling for a fire or making a quick rain cover and need a break whip this sharpener out and get things chipping/cutting like it should be. Always been a south east stone man but this product cleans out with a wipe on the pans leg, wash your hands before you touch your eyes. : )

Work Sharp Sharpener
This product has it all. It has two flat diamond plates for putting the edge on your knife and then a Ceramic rod type sharpener with different degrees of course to fine to finish the blade. Then you can finish it off with a leather side to take the burrs off and finish the blade to a razor finish.This tool is one to have in your pack, toolbox, glove box or the kitchen drawer.
