Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good rod for inshore I would not recommend it for Rock fish or deep sea. Really nice looking rod. Well built. Handle feels great,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Walleye Rod This is an awesome walleye rod. It really shines when pulling plugs and spinners. This walleye rod built tough, yet sensitive enough to feel those light bitters.I have caught several walleye over 15 pounds with these rods. Also, this is a great plug rod for steelhead..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oh how long I have waited! Own two of these rods and love them...just do yourself a favor and don't order them online from their store. I has been 3 weeks and still the rod is in transit. I could have ordered them from Amazon and it been here in a week in time for the 4th of July...but no I had to order it from their store. NOT HAPPY. Although I will purchase another of these rods they are far superior to many others I have bought and they are so light weight. yet I have doubled them over fighting red fish without incident.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay Rod The sensitivity is great, the feel is great. The rod is pretty light which I like. The only downside to this rod is the design. Yeah it looks great at first, with the nice blue design. Now 3 months later after alot of fishing my rod is all faded and is practically white with a little light blue. Looks really stupid and I'm dissapointed about that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Performance & Style These rods are beautiful; they are like a work of art. They look so good, you may be afraid to fish them. Resist the urge to just hang this artwork on the wall, and you won't be disappointed. The sensitivity and action of these rods rival that of a far more expensive sticks. I use mine as the ultimate calico bass rod, but you may find they they are perfect to target a variety of inshore fish.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great feel, good hooksets, BAD GUIDES Just as I was getting to the point that I was totally in love with this rod, it fell apart at the seams. I used it for around six months, inshore fishing in tampa bay primarily. It was the first and only rod that I ever had that felt perfect for me. It was a great combination of strength and feel, very lightweight, and we caught a lot of fish together. Then, one day this week, for no reason at all, two of the rod guides broke during a fight with a fish. The rod was very well taken care of and had never had any type of damage before this happened. The rod is essentially garbage now and I feel very disappointed. Maybe I should have spent a little more for a St. Croix...which is exactly what I'll be doing now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First w This is the first wright and mcgill rod I've bought and I love it. I purchased the same rod but spinning not long after I got this one. Excellent choice for inshore and I have even used it for bass fishing.
