Lightweight And Easy On/off
My son was used to the bulkier, 90's type pads. We tried these because they were on super sale and he lives them. They also provide a greater range of motion for lineman.

Where is shoulder pads I’ve ever seen in my life. They don’t stay on. They fall off every time he puts them on garbage trash.
