Ordered 3 Helmets In One Week - Never Again 👎🏼

We have ordered from Dick’s many times, shopped in store many times and I have NEVER had this terrible of quality in products shipped. The first helmet that arrived was supposed to be the adaptive fit, it arrived and was the standard fit and was missing the hard shell of the chin strap. The second helmet arrived USED, grass stains, scuffs, missing snap connections and missing the hard shell of the chin strap. I did have a very pleasant experience with the customer service representative who was very apologetic and asked for the photos and assisted in purchasing yet another helmet. I of course understood she could not guarantee the next helmet would be any better than the previous 2. However, since we enjoy shopping at Dick’s and have never had poor products previously, we decided to reorder one more time. The third helmet arrived worse than the others. It was not even in a Xenith product box, just thrown in a regular shipping box. The chin strap was not even attached to it, missing the hard shell of the chin strap, and a complete disappointment yet again. I do not understand why anyone would ship defective youth football helmets to customers. Word of advice if you are thinking about ordering this helmet, DO NOT ORDER ONE from Dick’s. I’m sorry to say, but never again. Save yourself the headache and order from the Xenith website.

This is the second purchase I made in a week and still my helmets have came with missing pieces! Smh this one came actually in a box. But is missing the chin strap cover and the chin strap clips. Never ordering online again!
