Not To Happy

So my grandson had put this in Xmas list I drove to Dick’s in Touhy at Niles I had gotten a medium but it was to small so I went to Dicks on Clybourn north avenue returned to have a large shipped to my address I received it in a large box and the helmet itself was medium and all scratched up I drove again to Dick’sand returned it because they did not have it So I’m back at start point with no gift customer service were very nice people I just have to get the helmet else where for my grandson when I get a chance since Dick’s didn’t have it

The Reviews Are Correct

My son went down and bought this helmet. When I got home from work he showed it to me. I asked him why are the chin strap snaps missing? He told me a guy and a girl Jessica told him someone took them off and they could not give him a new chin strap or the snaps. They didn't even give him a discount. I hope this store goes out of business. They took advantage of a kid. I hope that makes them feel tough. Loosers.

Not As Described At All !!

I purchased this as a Christmas gift and we ordered it in MATTE black … First off , it’s definitely not matte even the box indicates it is , there’s a gloss finish on it . Second, thee chin strap is missing 2 straps and is missing the snap buckles to attach to the helmet .

Missing Parts

Bought this helmet in store got home just to realize they were missing to clamps on the chin strap , so I returned back to store & they acted as if they didn’t want to return but did , they did it have anymore in stock so I went on website and ordered the same helmet and when it came in a couple of days later it was missing 2 clamps again and didn’t fit my sons head for some reason when it was the exact same helmet and brand. Went to store to exchange and get a whole new brand and they gave me the hardest times asking if the helmet had been used because it had straches( which was a lie) the lady said we get a lot of returns on this one. I then said to hear yeah I’m sure because the sizing isn’t accurate and they are missing parts . I cannot for the life of me remember the lady name that gave me the hardest time so I will not try to guess and out the wrong persons name. Just be careful with this specific brand for sizing and missing parts.
