A Lot Of Minor Issues That Lead To Larger

We have a whole program with these helmets, small things keep going wrong and causing issues, like ear pads issues, screws coming out of the chin cup, inability to get replacements as needed. Xenith has now been bought out by Riddell so it complicating lots of things

Received A Used Helmet

The helmet I received was worn and without the box. It was also missing the clips. How am I supposed to trust that my son will be protected. What in the world, Dicks?

I Feel Scammed

Absolutely horrible. Not only did they send the wrong size but it’s used and was just thrown in the box. I absolutely cannot believe the a company would send something this way.

Great Helmet At A Great Price

This helmet is perfect for youth football. The fit is comfortable for a first year tackle player.

Received A Returned/defective Item

The helmet we ordered had black scratches/marking. The chin strap was missing a button to attach to the helmet. The tags were missing. Customer service did not want to send a new one. And a managers approval was needed to get a refund in the store due to the condition of the helmet. Horrible customer service. Made to feel as if I was returning a defective item when that was the condition it was shipped to me in.
