Unsatisfied Customer

I received a used helmet dated from 2023. Bought in 2025. If the league check the recertification of this helmet my son won't be able to wear it and it's brand new. It also showed up just thrown in a box no paperwork no product box etc. Helmet showed up missing the entire chinstrap and missing one of the chin strap buttons. I am extremly unsatisfied. The helmet itself is a nice helmet. I feel that it is Dicks issue shipping out a product in this condition.

A Lot Of Minor Issues That Lead To Larger

We have a whole program with these helmets, small things keep going wrong and causing issues, like ear pads issues, screws coming out of the chin cup, inability to get replacements as needed. Xenith has now been bought out by Riddell so it complicating lots of things

The helmet I received was worn and without the box. It was also missing the clips. How am I supposed to trust that my son will be protected. What in the world, Dicks?

I Feel Scammed

Absolutely horrible. Not only did they send the wrong size but it’s used and was just thrown in the box. I absolutely cannot believe the a company would send something this way.

This helmet is perfect for youth football. The fit is comfortable for a first year tackle player.

Received A Returned/defective Item

The helmet we ordered had black scratches/marking. The chin strap was missing a button to attach to the helmet. The tags were missing. Customer service did not want to send a new one. And a managers approval was needed to get a refund in the store due to the condition of the helmet. Horrible customer service. Made to feel as if I was returning a defective item when that was the condition it was shipped to me in.

It Was Used!

I bought a youth Large for my son. I immediately noticed several scuffs under a very good cleaning-up of the helmet. The lettering was highly worn off on one side of the chin strap. The chin strap was a s/m and didn’t have the snaps on the bottom to buckle it onto the helmet. Extremely dissatisfied! I have already shipped it back. I wish I would have taken pics!

Used And Defective!!!!

This product arrived in a used condition and was defective, exhibiting scratches both on the exterior and interior of the helmet, along with hair follicles inside. I am disappointed that Dick's staff did not thoroughly inspect the item prior to shipping. Consequently, I now have to invest time in returning this product to receive a replacement. I hope that my next helmet will be in unused condition.

I bought this a couple weeks ago for my grandson he's 10 years old and he is a running back on the Lakeland Gators he's an awesome player makes two touchdowns every game I want to encourage his football career

Bang For Buck!

Caught it on the sale. Great technology inside the helmet. Didn't like how the chinstrap system worked so I made it into a standard chinstrap now everything fits snug enough.

Love It !

I tired different brands of helmets for my son . But they were very uncomfortable for him. He is 7years old with a big head. We found this helmet (large ) and bought it right away. My son loves how he fits and feels on his head.
