Received A Returned/defective Item

The helmet we ordered had black scratches/marking. The chin strap was missing a button to attach to the helmet. The tags were missing. Customer service did not want to send a new one. And a managers approval was needed to get a refund in the store due to the condition of the helmet. Horrible customer service. Made to feel as if I was returning a defective item when that was the condition it was shipped to me in.

It Was Used!

I bought a youth Large for my son. I immediately noticed several scuffs under a very good cleaning-up of the helmet. The lettering was highly worn off on one side of the chin strap. The chin strap was a s/m and didn’t have the snaps on the bottom to buckle it onto the helmet. Extremely dissatisfied! I have already shipped it back. I wish I would have taken pics!

Used And Defective!!!!

This product arrived in a used condition and was defective, exhibiting scratches both on the exterior and interior of the helmet, along with hair follicles inside. I am disappointed that Dick's staff did not thoroughly inspect the item prior to shipping. Consequently, I now have to invest time in returning this product to receive a replacement. I hope that my next helmet will be in unused condition.
