Very Poor Construction, But Great Customer Service

One of the dumbbells arrived completely in pieces. It was clear, having seen the flimsy construction, that these were very cheaply made and so I returned them. I have to say though that customer service was exceptional. I received a very quick response to my online complaint as well as a gift card to address inconvenience of having to return the dumbbells to the store.
