- Hex shaped plates (flat bottom) keep your dumbbell in place, no rolling away like round dumbbells
- Bold weight identifiers on each side of the handle and the tray help identify weight selected
- Each weight increment “clicks” at each handle turn setting so you can also feel when the weight is selected
- The chromed steel commercial style grip is knurled and contoured for secure and comfortable use
- Solid steel weight plates are CNC machined for more precise weight accuracy and smoothness
- Each weight plate is coated with a durable powder coated paint finish for durability
