Purchased 2 And 2 Leaked

I purchased two 2 lb ice blocks for my Roadie 24. The ice blocks did a good job of keeping the ice cold longer. The reason for my low rating is the blue liquid that leaked out of the ice blocks in my freezer. There is a 5-year warranty. Since mine are less than a year old, they’re still covered. I called a Yeti retail location for assistance and was told to file a warranty claim online. The rub is that there is no option to submit a warranty claim for the ice blocks (Cooler Accessories), and the ice blocks don’t have a serial number on the actual blocks. So here we are, 3 months later, I'm afraid to use them and still haven’t filed a warranty claim.

Great Ice Pack Last Hours

I bought this for my puppy that would always cry because he was hot. We initially bought the smaller one to go in the dog bag but as he got bigger we needed the bigger one. We freeze it over night or alternate to give to him to lay on and it last HOURS! We even leave him in the truck with the windows open and he sleeps peacefully on the ice pack no care in the world where we are. He loves it and we will purchase more when he gets bigger!

I just bought this for my sales job and yeti says supplement ice to make these stay longer, I throw water in with them, turns to ice! Highly recommend!

If You Want To Get Away From Ice Do Not Buy

per Yeti this is to "supplement regular ice" I use reusable ice packs so I don't have to deal with regulars ice. I have had this in a refrigerator/freezer at several motels. I asked the desk person to put this in their freezer and when I got it in the morning it was NOT frozen. At home I put them in the "deep freezer" the one that is just a freezer and they freeze. When I asked Yeti at what temperature it chenged from liquid to solid the response was "we do not know"
