Great Yeti Companion

I have a yeti soft cooler (hopper 8) and this ice block does a great job of keeping my foods/beverages cold for hours. I dont even use ice with it and it gets the job done. I also have the thinner ice blocks but this original ice block version keeps contents a bit colder, longer.

Great Product But Something Is Missing

So I ordered this item because I clicked on my locker and it showed me this one for my cooler. It’s small as heck! I also put in a code for a free lock and didn’t get it. No net saying we’re out a 5 or 10 percent coupon - Nothing. I like the products superior quality 100 percent! But the website could use work showing what accessories belong to my equipment maybe with more virtual pictures to show what it would look like inside my cooler.!? The one star is because of lack of communication unless I misunderstood something but the product gets 5 stars!!

I purchased two 2 lb ice blocks for my Roadie 24. The ice blocks did a good job of keeping the ice cold longer. The reason for my low rating is the blue liquid that leaked out of the ice blocks in my freezer. There is a 5-year warranty. Since mine are less than a year old, they’re still covered. I called a Yeti retail location for assistance and was told to file a warranty claim online. The rub is that there is no option to submit a warranty claim for the ice blocks (Cooler Accessories), and the ice blocks don’t have a serial number on the actual blocks. So here we are, 3 months later, I'm afraid to use them and still haven’t filed a warranty claim.
