Lid Too Hard To Twist Off

I am super disappointed to see another 20 ounce cup with a handle but with a twist-on lid. I have one with the other type of twist-on lid, and always have to ask my husband to get the lid off for me so I almost never use the cup anymore despite the size being perfect. I have arthritis! A handled-cup in 20 ounce size would be perfect for me. I have SEVERAL 20 oz. ramblers without handles and they are just too big for my small hands to comfortably pick up anymore. I also have a larger handled-cup with a standard lid, but it is too heavy when full and puts extra stress on my joints, also causing pain. I would love to see the 20 oz. Handled-cup with a standard lid so I can open it, carry it, and pick it up to drink out of it, comfortably.

Leaking Lid

The Lid does not fit correctly, therefore I cannot use it because it spills all over. I have the regular Tumblers, which are great. This is a beautiful tumbler, but it is worthless due to the leaking lid. Would not have bought it if I had known about the lid problem.
