Great Product

These are so much better than standard ice blocks found in stores. They last a long time. Used it for four days while traveling and it was still partially frozen at the end of the trip after opening and closing the cooler many times.

I purchased two 2 lb ice blocks for my Roadie 24. The ice blocks did a good job of keeping the ice cold longer. The reason for my low rating is the blue liquid that leaked out of the ice blocks in my freezer. There is a 5-year warranty. Since mine are less than a year old, they’re still covered. I called a Yeti retail location for assistance and was told to file a warranty claim online. The rub is that there is no option to submit a warranty claim for the ice blocks (Cooler Accessories), and the ice blocks don’t have a serial number on the actual blocks. So here we are, 3 months later, I'm afraid to use them and still haven’t filed a warranty claim.
