Actually this was a return the one that I purchased had a factory defect, so I had to settle for a different color of one they had in stock (I order to get a replacement I'd would have to wait !!!!!!! When I asked about the promotion that I received via text the persons that were helping me declined to address my question. The text messages that I receive every day about sales promotions stated " Dick's Scorecard members: get 20% off all yeti drinkware & soft coolers + Earn a $10 bonus Reward on $150+ terms apply. As always there is a link inthe text message which sends you to Dick's web page . Since I ha e the app on my phone I was thinking everything is good . They salesperson's couldn't answer the simple question and information when I showed them all supporting info/facts . They did agree with me that everything in the current transaction was valid and I should receive the $10 bonus but the blinders came on and the typical answer came out ...... I would have to call the 800 number, well I'm sorry I seem to have to justify my purchase as to and why we are having this conversation; in the past I purchased something online from the app the product was damaged and I can go to the store for a replacement . It seems whenever I purchase from Dick's all that is sent are returns .My future thinking is if I want to purchase a YETI product is get it from anyone other than Dick's..... so inconclusion I'm done if it's not in stock when I'm @ the store it's pointless. .......
