15 Vs 35

I bought 2. A 15L and a 35L. Here is what I think. Both are very high quality. The plastic welds are all strong, no damage in backpack. Received in perfect condition. Let’s compare sizes: the 35 is perfect for your everyday use. Holds a lot. Basically as big or a tiny bit bigger than your high schoolers backpack. It’s not too big. It’s just right. Good for carryon for plane travel. I’m 5’11” and 206#. Looks like a normal size backpack on me. Can use on a day trip on the water or in the woods. I went to a local store and compared all 3 sizes. If you buy one, buy the 35. As for the 15. It’s small. Looks like one of those little backpacks purses women wear. But only a tiny bit larger. I got this for my “travel fishing bag.” I have 2 travel rods I keep in my truck. I use this 15 to hold a bag of worms, a 3600 tackle tray, pliers, fish grips, scissors, and 2 little packs of trout spinners. 3 spools of leader (50yd). There is not much room left after that. For me it s perfect as my small fishing bag. Perfect size. Can even put a little more in it. But again it’s small. Fits behind my seat and tracks locally with me. Throw it on when on my sxs and take my travel rods in their cases and find places to fish on my atv trips. I’m not sure you could food a beach towel and fit it in the 15. For the 35, you could probably roll up and for 3-4 beach towels and maybe a water bottle. No matter what, they’re typical yeti quality. The straps and back portion are comfortable. The material seems to be that same material used on soft coolers. Very strong and durable. Zippers are quality. Note- this is a simple bag. No thrills. A couple pockets inside. I wanted this for ease of reaching all my stuff. I hate bags with lots of pockets which take up my usable space. These bags open up wide and you can reach all your stuff.
