Great Product, Don't Love The Buttons On Handle

Love this bag. Durable and perfect size for weekend trips. Easily holds shoes, dop kit and 2-3 days of clothes. Not a 5 because of the snaps on the handle. They are hard to close. Why not use magnets? You guys do so much cool stuff with magnet closures. Seems like a miss here.

Sent Me An Obviously Damaged Item

I bought this as a birthday gift. When it arrived today and I opened the box, the duffle bag looked as though it was stomped on and thrown around. The entire outside of the bag (top, sides and bottom) had marks on it. It also looked as thought it was literally just thrown in the box- it was not wrapped in a plastic bag, no packing paper or bubble wrap and no packing slip. I immediately called customer service and they requested photos- and after 27 minutes on the phone, I was told I could either return it in person to a Dicks location or they send me a return label and I would have to bring it to a Fed Ex location to drop it off. I would also have to wait two weeks for a refund to process. I was not offered a replacement or even a coupon or discount towards a future purchase. This was poor quality control to have ever shipped an item looking like this. They should have just cancelled the order rather ship out a damaged product. Now I have to spend more time returning this to a store and wait on a refund. And this was a birthday gift, I also have to try to find a replacement gift in time. I am posting about the service here (rather than the product itself) because it was a waste of time reporting it directly to them, since they made it my job to return the product with no compensation for the trouble they caused.
