Poor Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item has a handle on top of the bag similar to a woman's cosmetic case or a man's toolbox. This design required installing a massive zipper to carry the load of the bag which couldn't be repaired on a home sewing machine or find a replacement zipper. The zipper makes it very hard to use and adds needless frustrations to my adventures. A tote or purse strap would have been better. I've never seen a backpack with a handle on top like this. It was returned for a prompt refund without trying it on and examining it further.
