I bought this a few weeks ago and used my Hopper M20 one time since. Normal use...took cooler from the car about 100 feet to the "stands" at a high school baseball game...used the cooler....put it back in the car. When I took the bag into the house, I noticed the opener was not attached. Came back to find it on the floor of the car. I saw somebody drilled holes and used zip ties to secure it in place...looks like I may need to do the same.
