Bottle Great, Custom Graphic Crooked

The bottle is Yeti quality. My issue is the custom graphic was off-center over the embossed Yeti logo on the bottom. Aesthetically it is irksome, and Yeti is unwilling to do anything about it. Is my complaint petty? Maybe. Is it reasonable that a company that has laser etching capability can pay attention to fine details? Yes. One star for you Yeti. Do better.

Poor Quality Control

I have been a Yeti customer for years - this is the third drinkware product I've purchased. This is the first problem that I've had with a Yeti product - and it was a disaster. My family ordered me a Yeti Rambler 36 Oz. bottle with a UGA college logo on it for Father's Day. The first time I used it, the bottle started sweating, the ice melted, and the water turned lukewarm within a couple of hours. It is supposed to take 1-2 business days to receive a response on a warranty claim, but I had to follow up twice and it took 6 business days because the warranty department "was slammed". Because I was persistent Yeti eventually resolved my issues and I received a replacement; however the replacement has the wrong logo on it. The quality of Yeti products is definitely not what it used to be and quality control is lacking judging by how busy the warranty department is and how long it took them to respond to and resolve my claim.

Junk!

This brand is worthless trash! Threads became free spinning after a year of moderate use. Threw this exact bottle in the garbage and will never look back. Overpriced junk!!!

Ive gone through 2 caps because they keep stripping. Poorly made for such a pricy bottle.

Which Idiot Designed This

The chug cap lid is impossible to take off. I've seen videos online recommending using a zip tie and a hammer to take it off. Who is doing this each time they want to put ice in the bottle or clean it? Y'all could have even reverse-threaded it so you could use the handle to take off the main lid. You were so close!

I love the 36 oz yeti bottle its the perfect size for going to the gym when i dont want to carry to much.water

Stuck Lid

Keeps drink super cold all day however the lid is now stuck and I can’t get it to open to fill with ice.

Lid Stuck

The lid got stuck within the first days of receiving the water bottle. The chug cap is just a poor design, I really wish I could love my new water bottle, but I can’t even refill it with ice :(

Love This Bottle

This is one of my favorite rambler bottles other then the straw travel mug. i sometimes like using the rambler bottles when doing errands and this is a great bottle. i have the ultrtamarine color yet im going get another one in tropical pink or purple soon

These Bottle Kinda Suck

I purchased one bottle from my local hardware store. Water ran down the sides every time I put the cap on. I got a warranty replacement, ice melts quite quickly, and now the chug cap is stuck on the bottle. I have decided to recycle both bottles and simply drink ice cold beverages from a restaurant and toss the paper cup when done. In the words of Mr. Holland in the movie Mr. Holland’s Opus, “what a waste”. Pretty bottle to look at, that’s about it.

Best Cup Ever!

I brought my rambler as a Christmas present to myself and 6 months later and I’m still in love. I literally use my cup everyday and it never leaks and keeps my ice cold for hours. Looking to purchase another one in Venom!

Take A Licking And Keeps On Sipping.

I purchased a 36oz rambler back in 2019 that has served me incredibly well. I've used it as a daily drinker in my woodshop, on job sites and when camping. I recently had the misfortune of driving over it with a 15 foot Uhaul truck. It got a bit mangled but to my astonishment, it still holds water! Lid and mouth are good as new! No leaks anywhere. Unreal durability!

Bad Design

More times than not, the top doesn't break free to open - Does not do very well insulating drinks, would not buy this style again or recommend
