New Top
Got my new top today. Set it closed between my legs while driving. All of a sudden my croch is all wet? I pull over and inspect the cup. Top is tight and closed??? Tilt cup towards the locked opening and coffee pours out. Go home and inspect locking mechanism. Loose fitting. Take apart and find lower plastic part of seal loose in the top not firmly fitted like my previous one. So needing a sealed cup I took the lower plastic seal piece from my old cup installed rubber seal ( that is not sold separately) on the piece and Installed in new top. Sealed perfectly. I think the company should heck their products before shipping them out.
