Good Product, Bad Web Experience

Yeti you make a great product and a terrible website. I have been trying to order this exact lid but in the 20oz size. I had text alerts saying it was back in stock but when I tried to order it was out of stock. This happened for a few tries. It must have automatically moved to the 30 oz one. The return was smooth but I’m still needed the lid for 20oz cup. One day I hope to get it but the whole thing has been an act of frustration
