Excellent Pouring Cap, Great Cup/mate Solution

I use this for yerba mate. The pouring is a small enough and consistent stream for a good mate experience. I love how to twist cap gets firm when you should stop opening it (rather than take it apart!). The cup works very well. If I pour water in my mate and walk away for 20 minutes, it's still warm when I come back! Mate drinkers will understand how helpful that is! I do wish they would make a mate shaped version of this (bell shaped lip, like Stanley). I think it would compete really well.

It’s overbuilt and heavy, but it works very well. Great for car camping or on the larger yeti bottles, but if you’re carrying or setting on a table it significantly unbalances the smaller two versions of the bottle. (Top heavy so the bottle tips easily).

How clever! This wasn’t available previously or I would have snapped it up sooner. Sometimes, having a cup to drink from rather than a canister makes it so much easier. Plus, if I’m traveling with others, I have a spare cup to share. An added nicety on top of another brilliant design.

bought it for my 18 oz rambler as i like hot coffee so i can only put a small portion at a time. really bummed they are not selling the hotshot lid as an option any more. this one is too heavy and makes the cup top heavy. if the climate is cold so is the cup. doesn’t really insulate once you put it in. also you can’t take the outing lid apart to clean like you used to be able to do with the hotshot lid. love the concept but wish a lighter one was made for smaller style cups.
