I bought my yeti a few weeks ago online. There was an issue with my order not coming complete (missing the strap) but I was able to return it and re purchase a new one with a small discount. It was a bit of a hassle but the customer service did a good job in helping me out. As for the cooler I have not used it so I can’t tell you if it keeps things cool for a long period of time. As for looks it’s cute.
