Decent Cooler But Not Worth All The Hype!

We decided to splurge on this cooler because we had earned some Bonus Cash from DSG! We really like the carrying strap and we purchased the hard cooler so we can just easily wipe it clean. We did not like the fact that instructions recommended for best results to pre-cool the cooler. Really? I had also heard that ice stays in a Yeti cooler for days. That has not been the case for this particular cooler and we put refrigerated items in the cooler, not room temp or hot. It is still a decent cooler but doesn't stand up to all the hype.

Great size for packing a nice size lunch. Use a couple of frozen Yeti ice packs and you have cold all day. Fits just right in my 4Runner for a day of fly fishing! Love the size!! I also like the two latch system as opposed to the zipper on the Flip series coolers.
