I Didn't Order A Used Racquet

I paid full price for this Yonex EZONE Alpha Tennis Racquet as a gift for my daughter. When the box arrived, there was nothing inside except a dirty and damaged racquet. There was no packaging or idenitfying infromation about which kind of EZONE racquet it was. It looks like it was used and returned. Now I have to take it back to the store for a refund and hope that they believe that I actually purchased it. I'm very disappointed.

Racquet Delivery

The racquet is fantastic and performs flawlessly, truly a high-end piece of equipment. However, I gave it 4 stars due to the packaging. For such an expensive racquet, I expected more secure and protective packaging to ensure it arrives undamaged during transportation from the warehouse to the customer.
