Do Not Buy At Diksportinggoods

purchased a brand-new fishing pole from Dick’s Sporting Goods as a Christmas gift from Santa for my 6-year-old. When we opened it, we discovered that a required part was missing, making the pole unusable. I returned to the store expecting a simple solution, but instead was told to go online and purchase the missing part myself. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the item was brand new and defective at the time of purchase. The store took no responsibility and offered no replacement, exchange, or meaningful assistance. This experience showed a complete lack of customer service and accountability. A child’s Christmas gift was ruined, and the response from the store was unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing fishing equipment here if issues arise, as there was no support for a defective product.

Great Starter Baitcaster!

Got 2 of these for my 11 and 10 yr old sons. One right handed, one left. Came with line and reel action is great along with 6'6" MH Rod. My kids love to use 3/8 Crankbait and 1/2oz jigs on the combo. Great price for intro baitcaster!
