The foam is firm but comfortable and it's easy to take with on our trips. The fact they are very easy to keep clean really helps. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed using the Ziva Fitness Abdominal Pad over the last few weeks! The covering is what mainly provides this pad with some type of durability because the inside is like a tough foam. When used during floor exercises, it gives the user more comfort and strains your back less. I did not feel like it intensified my exercises but it did aid me in performing the movements. Overall, it is very functional but nothing that is incredibly necessary. I would mainly recommend this to those wishing to do more floor/ab exercises but are weary of the strain on their back.

Holds Up
