The ball is 8 pounds, it’s textured for easy grip. I can use the ball in so many different routines. I like that I can use the ball alone in a exercise routine, or I can add it to my other exercise routines. Great quality ball with many exercise uses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ziva Medicine Exercise Ball is super easy to use. I do like the medicine ball more than kettle bells for including weight in my workouts. The ball is textured and does not slip in your hands. I like the 8 lb weight for almost any workout.

Just What I Needed

Awesome Medicine Ball

It seems light at first but after a few minutes into your exercise routine it can get heavy. I really like this ball because it built to last. It is made of what appears to be very heavy duty materials to handle the exercise routine. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. It is available in different weights but this will do great for now.

Exercise Made Fun And Easy!

I love the feel of the ball with its durable rubber shell. I'm an older guy, and starting to get those dreaded alligator arms...you know...the loose skin that comes with age. The 8lb. Ziva ball is my answer to avoiding alligator arms. I do a series of exercises that strengthen and tighten my arms. I'm sure this product can help in many areas, but this is how it has helped me. And I think it can help you too. Five stars for this product...it's so much fun!!

Great Quality Medicine Ball!

First and foremost I not only love the turquoise color, but it's made with a durable rubber shell and is textured which makes gripping and holding it alot easier! So, overall It's made pretty well, easy to hold, and has a little weight to it (8lbs) so it's great for a good workout. I'd definitely recommend!

I can wipe it down as well to keep it clean and somewhat germ free. What more can I say other than this is a great product!

Nice Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ball is great. I've been wanting to add new workouts into my routine for a while since I injured my knees. It's limited some things I can do with my lower half but I'm still trying to work my upper half. This has been great in helping keep me active. It's also been a great help with the physical therapy I've been doing. Some things need a bit of weight and this can easily be used for that in more than one exercise. The texture of the ball is great. It seems like it'll hold up for a long time and it's easy to hold or catch.

The grip is pretty good but it can be better lots of falling on the floor because the grip and sweaty hands. Cant wait to get more in different weights for me and my wife!

Great For Family Workout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to start doing some easy at home workouts that would be fun for my kids as well and this is perfect. It’s heavy enough to make padding it really fun for my boys, without being more than they can handle. My arms are my biggest trouble area so I’m excited to keep using this and watch for results. It seems to be quite well made and will be useful for us for many years. I’ll be looking into other sizes and variations at some point but for now this is great for us!
