I’m already a ScoreCard member and/or have a Nike Membership, does this mean my accounts are already connected?
No, you will need to connect your accounts within the DICK’S Sporting Goods mobile app in order to gain member access.
I connected my accounts but didn’t receive my welcome offer. Why?
The welcome offer is available to members who make a Nike purchase of $50+ within the first two weeks after connecting your DICK’S ScoreCard and Nike Membership accounts. If you made a purchase in the first 14 days and/or still have further questions, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-846-9997.
Do I earn ScoreCard points when I shop at Nike?
No, ScoreCard points will only be earned on purchases made at DICK’S, Golf Galaxy, Field & Stream and Going, Going, Gone! Any purchases made at Nike will be subject to the Nike Membership program.
