Do I need to have a ScoreCard to use the DICK'S Sporting Goods mobile app?

Why can't I log in to the DICK'S Sporting Goods mobile app?
The login credentials for the mobile app are the same credentials you would use to log in to your ScoreCard account via MyDicksSportingGoods.com. Your credentials may be different than those for your DicksSportingGoods.com online shopping account.
How do I earn ScoreCard points?
Score one point for every $1 you spend. As soon as you reach 300 points, you’ll qualify for a $10 Reward.
What do I score points on?
Score points on all merchandise purchased at DICK’S Sporting Goods stores and DicksSportingGoods.com, except for PING. Points cannot be earned on in-store sales tax, Reward redemptions, purchases prior to joining, gift cards, returned merchandise, online services, service items, shipping, gift certificates, warranties and gift wrap.
When will I get my Reward?
If you opted in to receive your Reward via mail, you will receive it within 50 days of qualifying. If you signed up for eRewards, you will receive your Reward via email within 30 days of qualifying. You can also redeem your available Rewards via the mobile app by presenting it to the cashier during your in-store purchase.
How do eRewards work?
Get your Rewards faster by signing up for eRewards. We will email you your Reward within 30 days after you qualify for the Reward. Sign up for eRewards by visiting your preferences within the Scorecard section of the Mobile App, or by visiting the visiting the Preferences page under My Account and selecting eRewards on the dickssportinggoods.com website.
Why is my Reward not available as soon as I reach 300 points?
We process Rewards once a month. If you qualify for a Reward the day after we process a Rewards cycle, it could be up to 30 days before your eReward is available to redeem, and 50 days before you receive it in the mail. You can see when your points convert into a Reward by logging into your online account and visiting the My Points section.
Why does my Reward say "redeemed" when I didn't use it yet?
If your Reward is marked as “redeemed”, either you or someone else with access to your Scorecard account redeemed it. If no one on your Scorecard account redeemed the Reward, please contact the ScoreCard Hotline at 1-800-440-4002.
What happens if I have more than 300 ScoreCard points? For instance, if I have 750 points, what will be the amount of my Reward?
If you have 750 points, you will receive a $20 Reward based on reaching the 300-point minimum twice. The remaining 150 points will roll over toward your next Reward.
Why do I have to verify my ScoreCard email address?
Since you can now elect to receive your Reward via email, it's important that we verify you are the owner of the email address.
Why does the ScoreCard number on the back of my card not match the account number listed on the My Account page and/or account notification emails?
These numbers may not match because you have multiple cards associated with your account, and we only publish one of them. Don’t worry – many customers have more than one Scorecard account number. As long as your contact information is the same, any of those accounts will credit Points to your account toward earning a Reward. You may also see that the first 8 digits match, but the final 4 are different. This is because the final 4 digits are system-generated numbers, and do not impact your account.
Will my ScoreCard points ever expire?
All ScoreCard Points that have not been converted to a ScoreCard Reward will expire one year from the date on which the ScoreCard Points are earned.
