Q: Do I need to have a ScoreCard to use the DICK'S Sporting Goods mobile app?

A: No. You can utilize many other features without a ScoreCard account, including:

  • View Local Ads
  • Store Locations and directions
  • Shop
  • Product Scanner
  • View our Facebook and Twitter feeds
  • Check in via Foursquare

Q: What ScoreCard features are available through the DICK'S Sporting Goods mobile app?

A: Log in with your credentials to take advantage of the following features:

  • Use the app as your virtual card
  • Redeem your Rewards
  • View your points balance and points history
  • Update your account information and preferences

Q: Why can't I log in to the DICK'S Sporting Goods mobile app?

A: The login credentials for the mobile app are the same credentials you would use to log in to your ScoreCard account via You cannot log in using your online shopping account credentials.

Q: How do I earn ScoreCard points?

A: Score one point for every $1 you spend and as soon as you reach 300 points, you’ll qualify for a $10 Reward.

Q: What do I score points on?

A: Score points on all merchandise purchased at DICK’S Sporting Goods stores and, except for PING. Points cannot be earned on in-store sales tax, Reward redemptions, purchases prior to joining, gift cards, returned merchandise, online services, service items, shipping, gift certificates, warranties and gift wrap.

Q: When will I get my Reward?

A: If you are opted in to receive your Reward via mail, you will receive it within 50 days of qualifying. If you are signed up for eRewards, you will receive it via email within 30 days of qualifying. You can also redeem your available Rewards via the mobile app by presenting it to the cashier during your in-store purchase.

Q: How do eRewards work?

A: Get your Rewards faster by signing up for eRewards. We will email you your Reward shortly after processing our monthly Rewards cycle. Sign up for eRewards by visiting your preferences page under My Account and selecting eRewards under My Rewards.

Q: Why is my Reward not available as soon as I reach 300 points?

A: We process Rewards once a month. So if you qualify for a Reward the day after we process a Rewards cycle, it could be up to 30 days before your eReward is available to redeem and 50 days before you receive it in the mail. You can see when your points convert into a Reward by logging into your online account and visiting the My Points section.

Q: Why does my Reward say "redeemed" when I didn't use it yet?

A: If your Reward is marked as redeemed, then either you or someone else redeemed the it. If you did not redeem it, please contact the ScoreCard Hotline at 1-800-440-4002.

Q: What happens if I have more than 300 ScoreCard points? For instance, if I have 750 points, what will be the amount of my Reward?

A: If you have 750 points, you will receive a $20 Reward based on reaching the 300-point minimum twice. The remaining 150 points will roll over toward your next Reward.

Q: Why do I have to verify my ScoreCard email address?

A: Since you can now elect to receive your Reward via email, it's important that we verify you are the owner of the email address.

Q: Why does the ScoreCard number on the back of my card not match the account number listed on my account page and/or account notification emails?

A: These numbers may not match because you have multiple cards associated with your account and we only publish one of them or the first 8 digits match, but the final 4 are different. This is because the final 4 digits are system generated numbers and do not impact your account.

Q: Will my ScoreCard points ever expire?

A: Yes, all points balances will be reset to 0 on the Sunday closest to January 31st of each year.
