Additional Product Detail: This recall involves Igloo 90 Qt. Flip & Tow Rolling Coolers manufactured prior to January 2024. The date of manufacture is imprinted on the bottom of the cooler in a circular pattern with an arrow pointing to the month of manufacture and the last two digits of the year of manufacture inside the circle. 

The recalled coolers have a tow handle. “IGLOO” is printed on the side of the coolers. The coolers were sold in multiple body and lid color combinations. Kuat, in conjunction with National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act (NHTSA), is voluntarily recalling some Transfer v2 Bicycle Hitch Racks, due to a potential defect that could result in a vehicle crash.

Recalled Product: Kuat Transfer v2 Bicycle Hitch Racks manufactured from November 1, 2020 to March 24, 2024 with Batch Numbers ranging from 2045 through 2414.

Hazard: The pivot cams on the affected Transfer v2 Bicycle Hitch Racks can become disengaged, allowing the bike carrier to unexpectedly drop into the lower position. This malfunction could cause a bicycle to fall off the product while a subject vehicle is in motion, as well as injury or property damage to the product, the bicycle, and to the subject vehicle and other vehicles on the road, including potentially a vehicle crash. The defect may occur without warning.

Remedy: Inspect your rack to determine if it is one the units affected by this recall. The Batch Number of the affected Transfer v2 racks range from 2045 through 2414. The sticker with your product’s serial number is located on the outside portion of the U-shaped rack body facing the vehicle. The Batch Number of your unit is the first group of numbers of your serial number. Recalled Product: Full Speed Ahead’s Gossamer Pro AGX+ bicycle cranksets, model CK-6037. They were sold separately and on bicycles including Cannondale, Canyon, Marin, Haro, Fuji, and Pinarello gravel brands. “FSA Gossamer Pro” is etched on the front of the crankarm. Recalled Product: This recall involves Thule RideAlong rear-mounted Child Bike Seat that fits most bicycle frames. It was sold in gray with a black 3-point harness padding. The model number and date code can be found on the bottom side of the seat. Only model number 100107 and date codes 21/3-23/10 (March 2021 to October 2023) are included in this recall.

Hazard: The harness padding of Thule RideAlong bike seats can contain flame-retardant DecaBDE in excess of regulatory limits, posing a chemical hazard. DecaBDE can be toxic if it is ingested or comes into contact with skin or eyes.

All models have a split limb arrangement with cams mounted between the upper and lower limbs. R500 series crossbows were sold in slate gray and camo colors. All the crossbows include a scope, quiver, cocking handle, quiver bracket and 6 arrows. The Ravin logo and model names are on a decal located on both upper limbs. The serial number is on the left side of the rail above the trigger.

Lil Anglers, in conjunction with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is voluntarily recalling Children's Fishing Rods sold with Kid Casters No Tangle Combos, due to a violation of the federal lead content ban.

 


Recalled Product Detail: These children's fishing rods were sold in a variety of colors including blue, green, orange, pink and red. The rods were sold as part of the Kid Casters No Tangle Combo which includes a 34-inch inline rod and reel combo, plastic casting plug, rattle bobber and a pre-tied snap swivel. The reel has a 3.3:1 gear ratio and is equipped with a 6 lb. line. The model numbers and date codes can be found on the fishing rod.

Hazard: The fishing rods contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health issues.

Henry Repeating Arms is voluntarily recalling specific units of Henry .45-70 Lever Action Rifles due to potential unintentional discharge without the trigger being pulled due to firing pins that may not meet specifications.


Recalled Product: Henry .45-70 Lever Action Rifles (Models: H010G, H010GAW, H010GAWP, H010GCC, H010X, H024-4570) manufactured during the period from December 14, 2022, through January 11, 2023


Hazard: Under certain conditions, it is possible that some of these rifles may unintentionally discharge without the trigger being pulled if the hammer is released or dropped from the cocked position. To prevent the possibility of death or serious personal injury, you should immediately stop using all Henry Repeating Arms Lever Action .45-70 rifles and not load or fire them until determining whether the rifle is subject to this recall.


Remedy: If your firearm is affected, Henry Repeating Arms will replace the firing pin and send a $50 eGift card for HenryPride.com.
