It will resist drops and tumbles and remain undamaged. The cap clasp is friction fit so it may pop open but it's still very strong. Easy to measure: I found it very easy to premeasure my morning shake with this bottle, and the fact that it's tinted clear is great for this purpose. Large volume: It holds a lot! what more do you want? The handle is wonderful. Cons: Large volume: it's a large bottle so transport can be hairy depending on the situation. No cup holder will deal with this thing. hah!
