I am very happy with the product. I am very unhappy that the very helpful and well- meaning salesman in the fishing department at Dick ’s spools the fishing line on the reel backwards. I am not a regular person who goes fishing and it took an hour and a half and my son to figure out that the spool was wound the wrong way! Thank goodness I was on vacation and had all the time in the world to finally figure it out. I thought everybody should know this. The automatic spoiling machine does not always work so well if the operator doesn ’ t know what they ’ re doing.
