Our 20- month- old is n't tall enough to pedal himself, so we 've been pushing him around, and he loves it. The lights are a big bonus for him too. It came in several parts, which was intimidating at first. But after laying them all out and referring to the instructions, assembly was a breeze- the instructions were some of the easiest to follow. I did notice that the step of inserting the tire rods through the tires was missing. I figured it out easily by removing the hub caps, but others may not catch on as quickly. Though I might ’ ve just missed it or maybe the rods usually come inserted.

I bought this and the regular aerobie to throw around with my girlfriend at the beach. Both work great even when windy. People around us were not able to throw a frisbee because of the wind but she looked like a pro as these are not affected nearly as much by the breezes. The boomerang takes a little practice but is great once you get it!

We bought this for our 12, almost 13 year old after he lost a different model in a tree. He practices with it for hours at a time in the greenspace behind our house. You need a lot of room, far away from trees. Ocassionally he gets it to come right back to him, most of the time he is doing some running to catch it. It is great exercise for him. He says it does not work at all if there is any wind. People walking by stop and watch him playing with this in amazement.

This boomerang is very difficult if you expect to throw it like a pro right away! I found that throwing it very softly and titled beyond 30 degrees makes it go out then come back. Not a full 360 but you will be able to work up to that after tossing it softly and seeing how it reacts to wind or no wind. How many of us throw boomerangs? It's going to take some practice. If you throw this thing hard and do n't have the right angle it will go so far away from you, aerobics really know how to soar. Throw it lightly be patient once you got it returning you can throw it further.
