Seems to have some reinforced elastic to prevent this. Since this was a men's singlet I wore a compression like shirt underneath for additional coverage in the chest area with no issues. This is advertised as a men's singlet but worked for me. I even had several compliments from guys. lol! I will say that I have a long torso so there was a little pull in shoulder to waist area but did n't bother me. It's possible a medium would fair better. Hard to say when you ca n't try on in a store. Great product. would recommend.

I did go a half size up because I found the front to be a little snug for me. I have more space in the half size up but I lace the shoe all the way up and it helps keep the sneaker comfortable on my feet and not make me feel like it ’s loose or flopping. I will say the shoe is comfortable.
