I ’ ve used them for 5Ks and got a PR. I ’ m not saying the shoe alone makes you faster, but because of its design, your stride and landing are different, making the run feel smoother.

5 Runningbutslow
I fell in love with the Evo SLs earlier in the year and was looking for a racing shoe. Luckily, this shoe is constructed similarly so running in them feels similar and you have some extra responsiveness with the carbon plate. I ’ ve used these in track workouts and one race so far and they ’ ve been great!

5 Cmac
[ Comfort is key! And these are very comfortable I usually wear a 8. 5 in women however I sized up and purchased a size 9 and I ’ m glad I did, the color is beautiful

5 Greg

5 Ruth
Great shoes. Super soft! Really comfortable Adizero shoes

5 alohaxyz
sizing wise, i got half size up despite other saying it runs big, and i am so glad i did. i previously bought the boston 12 true to size because the reviews said it ran big, but my toes got bruised after 5mi. the tongue on the AAP4 does not cut into your foot/ankle area like the boston 12, which is great. did runners knot for a nice snug heel fit.

5 imaliver
I ’ ll get a much better feel for them when I get some real distance on them. I ’ ll be able to provide a better review, too.

5 RunnerK
[ Awesome cushion, bounce and support. Boston 11s worked well for me; 10s and 12s did not. Happy to have found my new go- to shoes with the 13s. I need a wider toe box with room for arch supports( PF) and these fit the bill. Did 17mi LR in my new pair, legs and feet felt great.

Frequently Asked Questions For Adidas Traxion Women's Shoes

When selecting women's shoes for sports and training, consider features such as cushioning, support, and traction. Look for shoes that offer a comfortable fit and stability, especially if you'll be engaging in high-impact activities. Breathable materials can also enhance comfort during workouts.

Choosing the right size for women's athletic shoes involves measuring your foot length and width, as sizes can vary between brands. It's advisable to try on shoes later in the day when your feet are slightly swollen to ensure a proper fit. Additionally, consider the type of socks you'll wear during activities, as this can affect sizing.

Women's athletic shoes are designed for a variety of activities, including running, training, and golfing. Each type of shoe is tailored to provide the necessary support and performance for specific sports, so it's important to choose a shoe that matches your intended use. For example, running shoes often prioritize cushioning, while training shoes focus on stability.

Women's athletic shoes are typically made from a combination of synthetic materials, mesh, and rubber. These materials are chosen for their durability, breathability, and flexibility, which enhance overall performance. Additionally, some shoes may incorporate special technologies for improved comfort and support.

To extend the lifespan of your women's athletic shoes, it's important to rotate them with other pairs to avoid excessive wear. Regularly cleaning them and allowing them to dry completely after use can also help maintain their condition. Additionally, be mindful of the surfaces you use them on, as rough terrains can cause more wear and tear.

Spikeless shoes for women offer versatility and comfort for various surfaces, making them ideal for casual play or practice. In contrast, spiked shoes provide enhanced traction on specific terrains, such as golf courses, where grip is crucial. The choice between the two depends on your activity level and the surfaces you'll be navigating.
