This is made of great quality! I feel like I get a good workout and it ’s fun also. The only problem was hanging it as the directions had the parts backwards. You will love it!

I was able to set this up in the garage no problem. You will need a power drill and buy a professional swivel($ 20). Only real negative is the rattling when you hit the speed bag. You can put 25 lb dumbell on top of the platform to make it sturdy. After that it works like a gem.
