I wore them for a lifting/stretch workout, and they were incredibly stable and secure during squats and lunges — no slipping, sliding, or rolling. I could feel that firm foundation underfoot, plus the cushioning made them comfortable even during the cool- down and stretching portions. The breathable knit upper also kept my feet comfortable and not bogged down with heat or sweat. Sizing note: I usually wear a size 6 in sneakers, and these fit well, but I probably could have sized down a half size for a slightly more snug fit.

I bought these in Canada, they were comfortable right out of the box. I love everything about them, except the loop on the instep. It is fairly stiff so if you wear no- show socks it scratches your foot. Solution... I tie the loop down and make the bow near the tow box, very cute. It has roomy toe box for those of us who have had foot surgeries or bunions. I wish I could throw them in the machine, but looks like they are spot or hand wash only.
